FUNDRAISING PARTIES

By hosting a charity paint party, you will agree to partner with SB Originals to create a great paint party experience. Parties may be private with your own guest list, or they may be open to the public.
As the host, you will choose the non-profit or charity that will be the beneficiary of the party. A check will be written directly to the charity from SB Originals and will be presented to the host or member of the charity the night of the event and will be equivalent to approximately $20 per paint party registered participant. The more participants, the more you can raise for your charity!

WHAT SB ORIGINALS PROVIDES
- Tabletop easels
- A kit for each participant that includes a canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, palette, water, napkins, paper towels and other items needed to produce the painting of choice. Participants will keep their finished canvas at the end of the party. Other items from the kit will be returned at the end of the party.
- Disposable tablecloths
- Cleaning supplies
- Paint party instruction
- Check to charity on the night of the event
- Advertising and promotion for public parties including flyers to share and media promotion when possible
- Facebook event
- Facebook posts
- Online ticketing
WHAT THE HOST PROVIDES
- Location with tables and chairs
- Co-promotion with SB Originals
- Other items for the party which may or may not include invitations, decorations, refreshments, drinks or more additional items of your choosing.

You may choose from variety of paintings already produced by SB Originals for the party, or you may request a specific item that Sheila can develop a suitable teachable painting for the party.

CHARITY FUNDRAISING PAINT PARTY PRICING
- There will be no charge from SB Originals for a charity fundraising party.
- Expenses for additional items (decorations, drinks, refreshments, etc) for the party is the responsibility of the host and will be at the host’s discretion.
- $35 will be charged per registrant through online ticketing.
- Approximately $20 of each registration will be given to the charity of the host’s choice after cost of materials has been deducted.
